Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your muffin tin by lining it with cupcake liners.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Cream the softened butter and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in the orange zest and vanilla extract.
- Combine the orange juice and buttermilk in a separate bowl, mixing until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the buttermilk mixture.
- Fold in the chopped cranberries and white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Scoop the batter into the cupcake liners, filling them about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the cupcakes cool on a wire rack.
