Instructions

- Gradually add all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt, mixing just until a smooth dough forms.
- Fit a cookie press with your chosen disk and fill it with the prepared dough; press onto lined baking sheets.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until set but not overly browned. Cool on a wire rack.
- Melt the candy melts according to package instructions, dip cooled cookies into the chocolate, and decorate with sprinkles.
