Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.

- Add the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla.
- Incorporate your dry ingredients into the wet mixture, alternating with the milk, ending with the flour mixture.
- Add the cotton candy flavoring and stir until combined.
- Divide the batter among the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean, then cool.
- Beat the butter for the frosting until creamy, then gradually add in the powdered sugar.
- Stir in heavy cream, cotton candy flavoring, and food coloring, beating until smooth.
- Frost the cooled cupcakes with the cotton candy frosting.
