- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 (14-ounce) can of sweetened condensed milk
- 4 tablespoons salted butter
- ¾ teaspoon clear vanilla extract
- ¼–½ teaspoon gel green food coloring
- 25 extra-large red heart candy sprinkles
Instructions
- In a medium-sized saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and salted butter over low to medium heat. Stir continuously until melted and smooth, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the clear vanilla extract and gel green food coloring until well combined.
- Line a square or rectangular pan with parchment paper.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the lined pan and smooth it out evenly with a spatula.
- Before it sets, sprinkle the extra-large red heart candy sprinkles over the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until firm enough to cut into squares.
- Remove from the pan using the parchment paper and cut into bite-sized squares. Enjoy!
Notes
For a creamier texture, substitute half of the white chocolate chips with butterscotch or peanut butter chips. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
