Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed chocolate cookies
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup strawberry purée

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: Mix crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter and press into a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Make the filling: Beat softened cream cheese with sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
  3. Add flavors: Fold in melted dark chocolate to one bowl, and strawberry purée to another.
  4. Swirl & bake: Alternate spooning chocolate and strawberry mixtures into crust, swirl gently, and bake at 325°F (160°C) for 40-45 minutes.
  5. Chill & serve: Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Remove from pan, slice, and enjoy.
