- 1 1/2 cups crushed chocolate cookies
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup strawberry purée
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: Mix crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter and press into a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 30 minutes.
- Make the filling: Beat softened cream cheese with sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
- Add flavors: Fold in melted dark chocolate to one bowl, and strawberry purée to another.
- Swirl & bake: Alternate spooning chocolate and strawberry mixtures into crust, swirl gently, and bake at 325°F (160°C) for 40-45 minutes.
- Chill & serve: Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Remove from pan, slice, and enjoy.
