Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll the refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough into a large circle, approximately 12 inches in diameter.
- Transfer the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes.
- Let it cool completely on the baking sheet.
- Beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
- Sprinkle mini chocolate chips over the cream cheese layer.
- Add sprinkles and crushed nuts as desired.
- Slice into wedges and serve immediately or chill for a firmer slice.

Ensure the cookie crust cools completely to avoid melting the cream cheese topping. Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing.
