- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
- Combine the shredded chicken, chopped spinach, softened cream cheese, and sour cream in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the cheddar and Parmesan cheeses, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Mix these ingredients together until well combined.
- Spread the chicken-spinach mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbling and lightly golden on top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired before serving.
Notes
Can be prepared a day in advance and refrigerated before baking. Add bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
