Description

A delightful casserole combining tender chicken and fresh spinach, enveloped in a creamy, cheesy mixture.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
  3. Combine the shredded chicken, chopped spinach, softened cream cheese, and sour cream in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add the cheddar and Parmesan cheeses, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  5. Mix these ingredients together until well combined.
  6. Spread the chicken-spinach mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbling and lightly golden on top.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired before serving.

Notes

Can be prepared a day in advance and refrigerated before baking. Add bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
