- 1.5 to 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 4 large flour tortillas (10- to 12-inch)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., Cheddar, Colby Jack)
- 2 cups shredded lettuce (e.g., Romaine, iceberg)
- 1–2 Roma tomatoes, diced or 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- Optional: bacon bits, diced avocado, sliced red onion, sliced bell peppers, corn, black beans
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine cooked chicken and ranch dressing until evenly coated.
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave for pliability.
- Place a tortilla flat and add a handful of shredded lettuce.
- Spoon one-quarter of the chicken mixture over the lettuce.
- Top with diced tomatoes, cheese, and any optional ingredients.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll tightly from the bottom to the top.
- Slice in half if desired and serve.
