- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup sour cream (for serving)
- Salsa for dipping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Drain the excess fat, then add the taco seasoning.
- Roll out the crescent roll dough on a lightly floured surface.
- Spoon a generous amount of the seasoned beef onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Top it off with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Add diced tomatoes and chopped green onions.
- Roll each triangle from the wide end to the point.
- Place the rolled sticks on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with sour cream and salsa for dipping.
