Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (for serving)
  • Salsa for dipping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Drain the excess fat, then add the taco seasoning.
  4. Roll out the crescent roll dough on a lightly floured surface.
  5. Spoon a generous amount of the seasoned beef onto the wide end of each triangle.
  6. Top it off with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Add diced tomatoes and chopped green onions.
  8. Roll each triangle from the wide end to the point.
  9. Place the rolled sticks on a greased baking sheet.
  10. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
