- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add ground beef, browning it until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, salt, and pepper. Allow it to simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Combine the cooked rotini pasta with the sauce, mixing until well coated.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Stir until melted and creamy.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
For enhanced flavor, consider simmering the sauce a bit longer. Use fresh ingredients for the best results.
