  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
  • Optional: Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and sauté the onions until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the sliced hot dogs to the skillet, cooking for an additional 5 minutes until slightly crisp.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stir in the sautéed hot dog and onion mixture along with half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Spread this mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  7. Layer the frozen tater tots on top of the hot dog mixture.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over the tater tots.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  10. Optional: Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
