- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Introduce the ground beef, browning it for 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in tomato paste, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and fold in shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Spread the beef-and-cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
- Roll the dough into a log, sealing the edges tightly.
- Place the roll on a baking sheet and brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Slice and serve warm.
