- 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned and fully cooked.
- Stir in the chopped onion and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Mix in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Incorporate the drained diced tomatoes and beef broth, then bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add the rice and let cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared casserole dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the top with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
- Bake covered with foil for 25 minutes, then uncovered for another 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let the casserole rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
