Description

Delicious and comforting Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps filled with tender chicken, melty mozzarella cheese, and a hint of garlic, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and sliced
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add 3 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
  3. Stir in the sliced chicken, seasoned with salt and pepper, and cook until heated through.
  4. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Lay out 4 large flour tortillas on a clean surface.
  6. Spread 1/4 cup of sour cream across each tortilla.
  7. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese atop the sour cream.
  8. Add the sautéed garlic chicken in the center of each tortilla, topped with 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley.
  9. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly.
  10. Toast the wraps in the skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  11. Slice in half and serve hot.
