- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and sliced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add 3 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Stir in the sliced chicken, seasoned with salt and pepper, and cook until heated through.
- Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Lay out 4 large flour tortillas on a clean surface.
- Spread 1/4 cup of sour cream across each tortilla.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese atop the sour cream.
- Add the sautéed garlic chicken in the center of each tortilla, topped with 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly.
- Toast the wraps in the skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Slice in half and serve hot.
Notes
For a healthier twist, consider using whole grain tortillas or grilled chicken. Avoid overcooking the chicken for the best texture.
