Ingredients

- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 6 egg roll wrappers
- 1 egg, beaten
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, adding ground beef and diced onions. Cook until the beef is browned and drain excess fat.
- Stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let cool slightly.
- Fold in shredded cheddar cheese until combined.
- Place a spoonful of filling into each egg roll wrapper, roll tightly, and seal edges with beaten egg.
- Heat oil in deep-fryer to 350°F (175°C) and fry egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm with dipping sauce.
