  • 3 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the butter over medium heat in a small saucepan.
  3. Add the brown sugar, corn syrup, and a pinch of salt, stirring until fully dissolved.
  4. Incorporate the heavy cream, stirring until smooth.

  6. Whisk the eggs and vanilla extract together in a large bowl until combined.
  7. Gradually pour the cooled butter mixture into the eggs, whisking constantly.
  8. Stir in the chopped pecans until evenly distributed.
