Description

An indulgent dessert blending rich chocolate brownie and creamy cheesecake, topped with a luscious caramel swirl.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 box of brownie mix
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Grease and line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
  3. Prepare the brownie batter according to the package instructions.
  4. Bake the brownies for 20 minutes and set aside to cool.
  5. Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
  6. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  7. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  8. Stir in the sour cream until fully combined.
  9. Pour the cheesecake batter over the brownie layer.
  10. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the cheesecake layer and swirl it into the batter.
  11. Bake the cheesecake for 50-60 minutes, until the edges are set.
  12. Turn off the oven and cool the cheesecake gradually with the door slightly open.
  13. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
  14. Drizzle extra caramel sauce over the top before serving.

Notes

For an extra chocolatey taste, consider adding chocolate chips to the brownie batter.
