Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl until the texture resembles wet sand.
- Press this mixture firmly into an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- Allow the crust to cool.
- Combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Spread the fudge mixture over the cooled crust.
- Mix diced apples with caramel sauce and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
- Spoon the apple mixture over the fudge layer and sprinkle with nuts if desired.
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until set.
- Drizzle with additional caramel and serve with whipped cream if desired.
