- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1 lime (juice and zest)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rub each salmon fillet with olive oil.
- Sprinkle Cajun seasoning generously on top of each fillet.
- Place the seasoned fillets on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Combine avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, lime zest, salt, and pepper in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Remove the salmon from the oven, and top with avocado crema. Garnish with cilantro if desired.
Notes
For more intense flavor, marinate salmon in Cajun seasoning for 30 minutes before cooking.
