Description

A vibrant and refreshing salad combining creamy burrata, juicy heirloom tomatoes, and ripe peaches for a delightful summer dish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 burrata cheese
  • 2 heirloom tomatoes
  • 1 peach
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • 1 teaspoon fig glaze or jam (optional)
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare the peach, heirloom tomatoes, and cherry tomatoes.
  2. Slice the peach and arrange the sections on your plate.
  3. Slice the heirloom tomatoes into thick pieces and place alongside the peach slices.
  4. Prepare the cherry tomatoes by halving them and distributing evenly on the plate.
  5. Add the whole burrata at one end of the plate, or tear it for a dramatic effect.
  6. Season with olive oil and sprinkle with salt to taste.
  7. Drizzle balsamic and fig glaze over the salad.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil leaves for added flair.

Notes

Consider roasting cherry tomatoes for enhanced sweetness or adding nuts for crunch. Substitute burrata with fresh mozzarella if desired.
