- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 9 lasagna noodles, cooked
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup ranch dressing (for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground chicken over medium heat until it’s fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes. Drain fat and stir in buffalo sauce; set aside.
- Combine ricotta cheese, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread a layer of buffalo chicken mixture in a baking dish, then layer with cooked lasagna noodles.
- Add a layer of ricotta mixture and repeat layers until ingredients are used.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Cool slightly before slicing and serve drizzled with ranch dressing.
Notes
Consider using different cheeses or adding sautéed vegetables for extra flavor.
