Description

A delightful fusion of spicy buffalo chicken and cheesy lasagna, perfect for families and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 9 lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup ranch dressing (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground chicken over medium heat until it’s fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes. Drain fat and stir in buffalo sauce; set aside.
  3. Combine ricotta cheese, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Spread a layer of buffalo chicken mixture in a baking dish, then layer with cooked lasagna noodles.
  5. Add a layer of ricotta mixture and repeat layers until ingredients are used.
  6. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  8. Cool slightly before slicing and serve drizzled with ranch dressing.
