Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the fresh broccoli florets and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they are vibrant and slightly tender.
- In a separate mixing bowl, combine the cooked white rice, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Transfer the rice mixture to the skillet with the sautéed broccoli and stir gently to combine evenly.
- Continue to cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cheese is fully melted and the mixture is heated through.
- If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top during the final moments of cooking and let it melt into the dish.
