Description

A decadent dessert combining creamy cheesecake, fresh blueberries, and a crunchy topping, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 5 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons cold butter, cubed

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Make the cheesecake filling by beating cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mix well, then stir in sour cream and vanilla extract. Gently fold in blueberries.
  4. Assemble the cheesecake by pouring the filling over the cooled crust.
  5. Prepare the crumble topping by mixing flour and brown sugar, then cutting in cold butter until it resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over the cheesecake filling.
  6. Bake the cheesecake for 50-60 minutes until set and golden on top. Allow to cool completely.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before slicing.

Notes

Use room temperature ingredients for a smoother filling and prevent cracks by baking in a water bath.
