Ingredients

  • 4 croissants, buttery and flaky
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Powdered sugar for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Cut the croissants into bite-sized pieces and arrange them in the greased baking dish.
  3. Combine the softened cream cheese and blueberries in a mixing bowl, blending until well mixed.
  4. Whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in another bowl until smooth.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the croissant and cream cheese layers in your baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and lightly golden on top.
