Instructions

- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
- Add lime zest and juice; mix until combined.
- Spoon cheesecake mixture over crust in jars.
- Top with blackberries and drizzle with honey, if using.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
