Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  2. Add melted butter; stir until crumbly.
  3. Spoon crust mixture into jars, pressing down gently.
  4. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
  7. Add lime zest and juice; mix until combined.
  8. Spoon cheesecake mixture over crust in jars.
  9. Top with blackberries and drizzle with honey, if using.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
