Description

Delicious and vibrant chicken kebabs coated in a creamy, spicy Bang Bang sauce, perfect for gatherings and easy weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs. chicken breasts, skinless and boneless, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or full-fat Greek yogurt)
  • 34 tbsp. Sriracha
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder (or 2 minced garlic cloves)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • Parsley, freshly chopped, for garnishing
  • Mini wood skewers, soaked in water for 20-30 minutes

Instructions

  1. Make the Bang Bang Sauce: In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, soy sauce, Sriracha, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and 1/2 tsp. each of salt and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the Chicken: In another bowl, combine chicken cubes with olive oil and seasonings (paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper). Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Assemble the Kebabs: Thread 3-4 pieces of seasoned chicken onto each soaked wooden skewer.
  4. Cook the Kebabs: Place skewers in an air fryer. Brush generously with 1/3 cup of Bang Bang sauce, saving the rest for serving.
  5. Bake: Set air fryer to 400°F and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Serve: Enjoy warm, garnished with parsley, with reserved Bang Bang sauce for dipping.

Notes

Marinate chicken in Bang Bang sauce for enhanced flavor. Adjust Sriracha for spice level. Add veggies to skewers for variety.
