Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix together the minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil, and pepper in a small bowl until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillet in the center of a large piece of foil.
- Pour the honey garlic mixture generously over the salmon.
- Fold the sides of the foil over the salmon to create a sealed packet.
- Place the foil-wrapped salmon on a baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Open the foil packet and switch your oven to broil mode.
- Broil the salmon for an additional 2-3 minutes until caramelized.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
