Description

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breast, boneless and skinless
  • 6 tbsp creamy Caesar dressing
  • 6 oz provolone cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup Caesar-style croutons
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the chicken breasts flat in a large baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the chicken.
  4. Spread 1-2 tablespoons of Caesar dressing over the chicken breasts.
  5. Layer slices of provolone on top.
  6. Crush the croutons into crumbs and mix with melted butter.
  7. Evenly spread the crouton crumbs over the cheese layer.
  8. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
  9. Garnish with parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
