- 2 cups steamed broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup egg, beaten

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine chopped steamed broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Mix everything together until fully incorporated.
- Form small portions into balls about 1-2 inches in diameter and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on the outside.

Notes
