Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees F (95 degrees C).
  2. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. Slice apples crosswise into 1/8 inch thick rounds.
  4. Brush apple slices with lemon juice if using.
  5. Arrange apple slices in a single layer on the baking sheets.
  6. In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and optional sugar.
  7. Sprinkle the cinnamon mixture over apple slices.
  8. Bake for one hour, then flip apple slices and bake for an additional hour.
  9. Allow chips to cool completely on the sheets before storing them in an airtight container.
