Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200 degrees F (95 degrees C).
- Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Slice apples crosswise into 1/8 inch thick rounds.
- Brush apple slices with lemon juice if using.
- Arrange apple slices in a single layer on the baking sheets.
- In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and optional sugar.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon mixture over apple slices.
- Bake for one hour, then flip apple slices and bake for an additional hour.
- Allow chips to cool completely on the sheets before storing them in an airtight container.
