Instructions
- Combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat until smooth and creamy.
- Whip the heavy cream in another bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Pour in the Baileys Irish Cream and fold until fully incorporated.
- Layer chocolate cookie crumbs at the bottom of a trifle dish or individual cups.
- Add a layer of the Baileys cream mixture over the cookie crumbs.
- Drizzle chocolate ganache over the cream layer.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the Baileys cream on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
- Garnish with dark chocolate shavings and fresh mint leaves before serving.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is softened for easy blending. Use quality chocolate for the ganache for the best flavor.
