Ingredients

  • 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1 cup chocolate ganache
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate shavings (for garnish)
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat until smooth and creamy.
  2. Whip the heavy cream in another bowl until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  4. Pour in the Baileys Irish Cream and fold until fully incorporated.
  5. Layer chocolate cookie crumbs at the bottom of a trifle dish or individual cups.
  6. Add a layer of the Baileys cream mixture over the cookie crumbs.
  7. Drizzle chocolate ganache over the cream layer.
  8. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the Baileys cream on top.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
  10. Garnish with dark chocolate shavings and fresh mint leaves before serving.

Notes
